Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jll7 website, platform, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "jll7" or the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jll7 ("we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account on jll7, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform. jll7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jll7. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jll7 processes deposits and withdrawals through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency methods. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

jll7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited in PHP and will be clearly labelled as bonus funds in your jll7 wallet.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion.
• jll7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been claimed by a player in good standing.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Gaming Rules & Fairness

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jll7. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or gain advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known bug are void.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit/debit cards, or false payment credentials to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder proceeds of illegal activity through jll7's payment systems.
• Creating accounts under false identities or providing forged verification documents.
• Placing wagers on games in which you have inside information that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other players, jll7 staff, or third parties through the Platform's communication tools.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jll7 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, written content, and software — is the property of jll7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the jll7 Platform without prior written authorization from jll7. Unauthorized use of jll7 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jll7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. jll7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Suspension & Termination

jll7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player fails to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account is required to be closed under applicable regulatory requirements.

Upon termination for cause, jll7 may withhold pending withdrawals pending full investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, withdrawable balances will be returned net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. jll7 will not be liable for any losses arising from account termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

jll7 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jll7 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jll7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using jll7 and may request account closure. Pending withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with these Terms as they stood at the time of your last deposit.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jll7 shall first be addressed through jll7's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to jll7 customer support, which will be acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved within 30 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jll7's internal process, the parties agree to refer the matter to mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court where necessary.
